Pencak Silat

SILATTAO" is a training that reflects the principles of the ancient Indonesian tradition "pencak silat". The fundamental objective of SILAT TAO is the development of "body intelligence", the ability to have fullness, as well as internal and external awareness through a martial art practice. It provides the study of the jurus of the different traditional styles of Pencak Silat, the techniques of the combat system (SILAT MMA) and of Kali Escrima (Philippine martial art). These are truly psycho-energetic techniques which increase awareness of one’s emotions and energy and are based on the Taoist Philosophy. This regular training helps to improve flexibility, agility and coordination of the body, develops strength, endurance and concentration.
