We will train muscular strength and fluidity in many ways of contact mechanics. We will aim to enable the greatest amount of physical possibilities and develop a maximum availability when moving in the space and on the floor. The importance of pre-contact is to release the weight of the body before having contact with the floor.
We will learn to generate an efficient path to do elevations, jumps and acrobatic phrases, through exercises and movements of diverse disciplines.
