Mindful Stamina & Conscious Risk/ Instinct and Innovation in Motion 13.30h - 15.30h

Understanding the body though constant instinctive release and control, a total awareness, com-bining technique, instant composition and mindful intelligence, challenging the research of an inter-nal and external peripheral awareness of the body. A kinaesthetic intelligence, stacking and layer-ing of criss-crossing wavelengths of physical, technical, and mindful challenges. Inner drive and cellular structure, a knowledge so deeply imbedded in the body, nourishing the constant creative body. Generating, dynamic, abandon and control by deviating fluidity and strength.

Through the awakening and following of the natural yet deeply hidden physical morphology we will facilitate a space to stimulate an availability of letting go of ones holding patterns and preconcep-tions of the moving body.

Discovering the relationship between the smallest level of activity within the body and the largest movement of the body, aligning the inner cellular movement with the external expression of dynam-ic movement through space. We connect to the sense of the endlessness of possibilities. We ex-plore multi-dimensional movement, we are aware of our explosive power and sometimes we use it.

Through a dynamic movement language we will embody a sensory awareness of our own physical possibilities.
We will engage in the dialogue of resistance and resolution.
