The class is highly physical and will work from the method Dynamic Movement Systems that David has been developing for many years. The first part of the class focuses on priming the body with an emphasis on muscle and core strength, lengthening of the muscles and opening of the joints. This is followed by the introduction of choreographic etudes that explore many pertinent movement concepts such as movement efficiency , sequencing, stacking, falling reorganising et al. Finally we approach big movement in the space as well as choreographic material to apply many of the concepts introduced in previous parts of the class.
