MoVart Kids & Adolescents
BougeMoveBeweeg 09.00h - 16.00h

Every summer, MoVart organizes, in collaboration with the Contemporary Art Workshops of the city of Brussels, a two-week choreographic creation course for children and adolescents aged 6 to 15.

The first week takes place in the premises of the Academy of Fine Arts. We get to know each other there and we explore, with the children, the tools and methods that allow choreographic creation. The week ends with a presentation of the participants' creations.

The second week, we go to a residence in a lodge in the Ardennes countryside. We develop the choreographic ideas of the participants based on the learning received during the first week. We also learn to live together and to place ourselves in a creative framework where we can experiment with each other's ideas. At the end of the week, we welcome the parents on site and we present them the children's creations (solo and in groups), to then share a moment of friendly exchange and reunion.

Covid Info: summer camp maintained but will take place in Brussels (DCJ) from July 6th to 10th (aged 10-15) and from July 13th to 17th (aged 6-9), 2020. With the creation presentation on the 10th of July, 16.00h. Welcome!
